Do you work with brands on platforms other than Shopify?
Shopify is where most of my ecommerce experience sits, and where I can move fastest on tracking and app-stack recommendations. I can work with other platforms, but I'll flag upfront if a platform limitation is going to slow down attribution or flow-building.
How do you split budget between acquisition and retention?
There's no fixed split — it depends on your current customer base and repeat purchase rate. Early on, most budget and effort goes into fixing tracking and building core Klaviyo flows, since that compounds fastest. Paid acquisition spend then scales once the retention foundation is in place to capture the value of every new customer.
What ad spend do I need to see results?
For meaningful data across Meta, TikTok and Google Shopping, I recommend a minimum of $3,000–$5,000/month in ad spend, separate from my management fee. I'll advise the right split by channel based on your product margins and average order value during the audit.
Can you help if we don't have Klaviyo set up yet?
Yes — building or rebuilding Klaviyo from scratch is one of the highest-leverage parts of the engagement. Most stores I audit are missing at least the abandoned cart and post-purchase flows, which are often the fastest wins available.
